His core competency is focused on ensuring the creative concept supports the brand in terms of succinctly communicating the key brand message. Coupled with his passion for marketing Halal, he brings valuable cross-cultural consumer understanding which enables him to develop strategic direction to strengthen brand relationships.
His expertise is marketing communications and brand development for B2B – B2C. He has produced tactical communication campaigns for RBS invoice finance division, CGU Insurance (now absorbed into the AVIVA Group), Arcadia Group and Alexander Forbes to promote products and services.
Mr. Charles Endacott, DailyBaraka’s Commercial Director, has over 30 years marketing and business development experience. Much of that time has been spent owning and managing a Design and Marketing Consultancy operating in UK and global markets and has advised many local and international blue chip clients.
Latterly, he has worked as a senior Marketing Consultant and business development advisor supporting a range of companies from start-ups to world leading organisations.
Charles has a wealth of experience in start-up businesses both for clients and on his own behalf. He has set up, launched and developed a number of additional companies in the advertising sector as well as in recruitment, property and consumer goods.
Successful projects he has handled include a worldwide brand transition programme for Delphi, the world’s largest car parts company and the repositioning and rebranding of Hipp Organic, originally a niche baby food producer selling through health food/pharmacy stores and now a successful mainstream babyfood brand.
Kinan Haddad ACPA
A finance professional with a record of success, Kinan’s management style brings value, high quality standards and integrity to the financial department.
Kinan then moved to the UK and successfully set up Oxford Professionals Ltd., a professional firm based in London providing Management Accounting, Business Advisory, Internal Audit and Practical Training services.
Being fluent in both English and Arabic, Kinan’s early experience resulted in rapid promotion to senior financial positions in the Middle East as well as training and proctoring on behalf of a number of key financial institutions including The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. Kinan has in-depth experience in FMCG sectors, both manufacturing and distribution, including two years external audit assignment on Nestle under the KPMG umbrella and four years as the Finance Manager for S&C Group.
These qualifications are properly supported by senior multinational work experience with management roles within finance and he simultaneously worked as an instructor delivering CMA, CIA, CPA, IA, AP, CM and LCCI courses.
Javed Husain is a media entrepreneur who made his name co-founding one of the first ethnic communications agencies in the UK, Mediareach Advertising. His 24 years of dedication and expertise in marketing and communication won him the Entrepreneur Excellence award 2009 from Lloyds TSB and KPMG.
He has coached business professionals, especially on new business startups and has been invited to speak at national seminars and Prestigious Universities on Multicultural /Emerging Markets and Islamic Branding.
